10th

10th Kyu - 1st Red Belt

Grading must be at least 2 years Minimum from Shodan

Grading Requirements For 2nd Dan

A student grading for 2nd Dan is not Just a technician
s\he must be a martial artist this means having the correct approach to training.

Show respect to all Karate-ka  regardless of Grade
Is disciplined and responsive during Classes
Trains regularly and Support K.D.F. events

 
A Nidan 2nd Dan  is no longer just able to perform skilled techniques
But must be able to understand them and their applications
Having in-depth knowledge and be able to correct in case of error.

A student grading for 3rd Dan will require a Instructors Certificate with the National Governing Body From the Associations K.D.F. Assessor

You will be tested on your ability to teach
