1 day course with Sensei Steve Scott 6th Dan sensei Tony Gray 5th Dan
this a a free course for all SKDF memebers

DATE       Sunday March 27th doors open 12noon

COURSE     after arriving from London Sensei Gray and students were greeted by Sensei Steve Scott 6th Dan after a drink and chat Sensei Tony was warming the students up with lots of free sparring lasting over half an hour very sweaty we all stretched to perpare for the lesson , Sensei Tony took us through Kumite drills in line work then in pairs again all working very hard and sweating again the lesson lasted around 2 hours and was enjoyed by all

a short break and Sensei Steve took the 2 part of the lesson concentrating on ground work with evaision and drills which were very good and hard work, by the end of the lesso we had been through a good hanfull of drills which we could take away and practice in our own dojo a excellent lesson and this conclude our days training with a hanks to both sensei we were of to Sensei Steve scotts home where Anne had prepared a lovely dinner for many of the travelling and local students \freinds with a few beers thrown in we were of on our way back to London
