Former world and European Champion Sensei Willie Thomas 6th Dan and ex E.K.F. Board member did a seminar for the Karate-Do Federation on Sunday morning the 8th November 2009 at 10am

sensei Thomas was introduced by sensei Tony Gray he started to warm the students up then a streach to prepare them for the session ahead , he the went into some feet and and body movement drills which was challenging for all the students young and old , Then pairing up to work on the same drills in pairs, Some of the techneques were useable in any combat situation as movement and good balence is important to execute any techneque this was made clear by Sensei. he was able to do competition techneques and selfdefence all in a very similar way just adjusting the exacution of the different techneques and the finnish , I would like to thanks Sensei Willie Thomas especialy for his time and the friendly the way in which he taught and made everyone feel relaxed during his sesssion , secondly I would like to thank all the students from Uechi Ryu Wado Ryu, Shotokan, Shininkai, Karate-Do Federation and more for supporting the session with there enthusiasm.
