Sensei Tony Gray attended the fit to fite bronze instructor course under the guidence of Sensei Greg Frances founder of the airobic karate based fit to fite,

fit to fite is now being taught around the country with many newly qualified instructors

some karate experts but also all ready qualified airobic instructors have gained the required training to now teach the fit to fite method based on karate teqneques,

this is for non martial artists and is used by top internationls so everyone is cantered for here

The course was a 7 hour practicle course which was very hard but worth the effort and was very enjoyable
